L’APHG s’engage pour l’Europe de l’éducation en Histoire
En tant que membre fondateur [2] de l’association internationale Euroclio, qui prône une éducation à l’histoire européenne, l’APHG a fait un choix d’engagement en se portant candidate pour accueillir la conférence annuelle d’Euroclio en avril 2018.
La commission Europe, déjà impliquée dans un projet en cours ("Silencing Citizens through censorship") [3], sera cette fois-ci partie prenante de cet événement international.
La conférence aura pour thème « La Méditerranée, rôle et place dans l’histoire transnationale ». Cette conférence durera cinq jours, accueillera les membres d’Euroclio originaires de 47 pays différents et fera une large place aux intervenants et spécialistes français des thématiques de la Méditerranée en Europe aujourd’hui. Les régionales de l’APHG seront particulièrement sollicitées pour participer à ce projet.

Programm : « The Mediterranean sea, issues and place in transnational history ».
An approach through history as well as through geography. A combination of both disciplines is a french specificity. The Mediterranean Sea, our heritage and our european actuality.
Supplying keys for uderstanding Europe through history around the following topics :
- Conflictuality around the Mediterranean Sea Arabic spring and Europe circulation of ideas and in the perspective of time
- The Mediterranean Sea : a world of innovations
- The urbanity around the Mediterranean Sea
- Myths and representations around the region…
